Purchase of Pano Cocoon & no response from Trausti

I bought and paid for the Pano Cocoon license thru shareit on 3/21/2012 and now mr. Trausti is not responding to my emails or PMs (I sent at least 5 of them total).
Is there any one else on the forum I can contact regarding the license files for the Cocoon package?

It has been nearly a month since the purchase and I expected this to go a lot faster or at least receive some sort of explanation why it is taking so long.

There should be a reminder on the purchase page, saying that you have to pay NOW, but the product will actually be delivered 2 months later, if anyone feels like it...

Another option available for contacting me, is through the chat widget found in the right lower corner of the webpages on http://flashificator.com
Leaving a message there is even better than leaving a message on Skype, since Skype tends to drop all history of left messages if the computer is rebooted, while messages left on the domain widget will be easy to find and reply to. If a message is left while I am not available, you should provide your name and email for contact.

The HDD crash I had in March is still causing me problems and lost time, but things are at least better than they were a month ago.
