Is There A Way To Do This Cool Option In Flashificator?

I need to have the option of picking part of an image (The State of Texas to be exact) and it being linked to a more detailed aerial image of the area. This 3rd party plugin is exactly what I needed:

I want to know if Flashificator can do the exact same thing. I really like the way the sections of the map highlight a different color and there is a tootip for each one.

Not sure which route to take (the easier one of course)

Also, is there a detailed tutorial video that can help me with this? I am a complete noob and need all the help I can get! LOL

Not IN Flashificator, but as with every 3rd party plugin, you can add those after you have finished building the tour in Flashificator.... but you need to do the work through hand-coding.

Tommy does provide good documentation for his plugins, and he has always been extremely helpful when users have needed additional advice.
