Lost accounts and lost posts!

This is one of those times when one can wish for death penalty to be applied to soft and hardware.

On the 16th I updated the forums software to the latest version, as I have done in the past when new updates have been available, and made sure to back up the database first. Everything appeared to be fine, and no errors or bugs were popping out after the update. But yesterday I was contacted by two users who had lost their accounts and all posts they have made. That is in the "serious incident" category, so I decided to reinstall the backup I had made... sacrificing the posts that had been made between the 16th and 21st of July... once installed, I could confirm that the lost accounts and posts were not back, and therefore lost forever.

I can only apologize for this, and for having made things even worse by not backing up the extra 5 days. Those who find themselves in problems, not able to log in, not finding their account or posts from the past... please do the following:

1. Make a new account
2. If you had access to the update section, then please let me know your previous username, so that I can upgrade the account.
3. If you did not have access to the update section but you would like to gain access, please provide me with the Shareit invoice number from your purchase.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this.
