fotostudia FFC tour

These are 2 panos tour with swf hotspots. The only thing i couldn't make - beginning with closed door, firstly load the panorama

Hi,
i tried your tour - two things i realised: when i hit the down button first - than the up button the pano moves down again. (there is some delay when hovering over buttons.. maybe some fade effect).
There are two images with mouse hover on the right side.. but nothing happens when i try to click them.
