Gray to color ghosting?

What do I need to check (or uncheck again?) My thumbnails that I created are loading the gray ... but they gray is not fixed, so I'm getting ghosting - what the heck do I need to click again?

O.K. just in case anyone else ever makes the same mistake (and then searches for ghosting) ...
Don't name your thumnails "pano" anything ... it seemed to cross up the xml. I usually don't name my thumbnails "pano1, pano2, etc." but I did this time ... and it caused the hic cup.
