Latest Install Instructions

G'day guys,

Can anyone direct me to the latest install instructions? Bruce's post the other day regarding the old 'context menu' problem made me realize I had in fact not updated to the latest version (tricked by the same version number). Anyway, I have reinstalled using the latest 'Flashificator_2.0694' and FPP_v2.3 copying in the files described in the 'out-dated' instructions (pano.swf, pano0.swf etc). I noticed some of the files already existed and in fact were newer than the files from FPP which I was using as replacements. Do these files still have to be replaced?

Since the new install I have been having more glitches than usual (and that's saying something). One serious issue is that when I select a hotspot from within the viewer, it does not always reflect in the hotspot selection boxes at the bottom of the GUI. The problem then arises that I am making changes to the wrong hotspot etc. Any help or direction would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply.

The installation is as follows:

1. Download the latest installer from the update section.
2. Unzip the .zip file
3. Double click the .air file
4. Two clicks more, and all is as it should be.

No renaming or manual moving of files is needed.

The old instructions are useful only for those who have purchased FPP, then purchase FFC ... and who have not gotten access to the update section where the combo package is available.

Normally there should not be any need for a removal. But, if you encounter some issues after you install, it might be a good thing to do, also removing the encrypted local store folder.

My recommendation is to simply do the 4 click installation, and see what it does.
